Beautiful Prospect Park was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted
and Calvert Vaux, who were also responsible for Manhattan's
Central Park. There's no better way to see the features of
the park than from horseback!
Kensington Stables leads trail rides in Prospect Park for all levels or rider. You can choose to ride either English or Western style. And depending on rider experience, the rides may include walking and trotting.
If desired, your guide can provide a bit of history with
your ride, pointing out some of the significant features of
the historic park.
An hour's ride is $30 per person (effective Sept 30, 2006), and advanced reservations are advised.
Please ring the stable directly to arrange a time to ride.
