Kensington Stables Pony Club is a safe and fun program which is geared for young equine enthusiasts. We accept children from six years old to 10 years old. The children learn hands-on about caring for the horses and the barn. Kids in the Pony Club program are given the chance to appreciate the hard work that goes into caring for these gentle giants. The kids will be able to develop close bonds with their favorite horse or pony in the barn. There is a lesson on horseback riding every day. We also have horse themed arts and crafts.
We provide a safe enviroment in which there are only five children per counselor.
The hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday.
Lunch is not included so please send a boxed lunch!
Helmets are provided however some parents like their children to have their own helmet. Helmets are available at $55 each. Those are the International Air Lite helmets and they are available in blue, green, black, white, gold, silver and purple. However we can have any helmet made by International ordered for you and have it ready for the first day of pony club. Please allow four weeks notice.
